AccessTrail is in development. This site describes what we intend to build and lets you join an early-access list. Nothing is on sale here yet — there is no checkout, we take no payment, and joining the list costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
The prices on this site are the intended early-access prices, shown so you can judge whether the product would be worth it to you. They are not an offer you can accept today. If we launch, everyone on the early-access list gets the prices as listed at the time they signed up, and we will state the final price, the billing interval, that subscriptions renew automatically, and the refund terms clearly before anyone is asked to pay anything.
When we do launch, our refund policy is an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee — any reason, no questions asked, for every customer. We are stating it here so we are held to it.
How honest tooling works. Automated scanning finds only about a quarter to a third of accessibility issues — the rest require human review. AccessTrail cannot and does not guarantee compliance with the European Accessibility Act, WCAG 2.1 AA, or EN 301 549. What it does: scan your site on a schedule, map findings to EAA/WCAG criteria, tell you what to fix first in plain language, generate a starting-point accessibility statement, and keep a dated record of what was checked and when — the evidence trail you can show if asked. Achieving and maintaining conformance still requires your team's fixes and human testing. Beware any tool — especially “one-line overlay” widgets — that promises instant or guaranteed compliance; that promise is what regulators have penalized.
If you join the early-access list we use your email only as described in our Privacy Notice. You can unsubscribe or have it deleted at any time.
Please do not attempt to break, overload, or scrape this site. We may take it down, change it, or change what it says at any time while the product is in development — including deciding not to build the product at all, in which case we will tell the list and delete it.
The information on this site is provided for evaluation while the product is in development, without warranty. Nothing here excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and if you are a consumer you keep every mandatory protection and every court available to you under the law of the country you live in.
This site is operated by a sole trader established in Portugal, who is the data controller for the early-access list. Our full legal name and registered address are available on request by email and will be published here before any paid service is offered. Contact: privacy@app.formigacrobata.com.
We update these terms as the product develops and change the date at the top. Before anything is offered for sale, these terms are replaced by full terms of service covering price, renewal, cancellation, refunds and liability.
