This is the company website of FORMIGACROBATA - UNIPESSOAL LDA (“we”), a Portuguese software company building business software. It describes products we are building and lets you join early-access lists for them, and it describes our AWS consulting practice and lets you request a consulting engagement. Nothing is on sale here yet — there is no checkout, we take no payment, and joining an early-access list costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Consulting services described on this site are offered to businesses; nothing on this site is a binding offer, and no engagement exists until both parties sign a services agreement. Consulting engagements are agreed in a separate written contract with FORMIGACROBATA - UNIPESSOAL LDA (proposal + services agreement) and invoiced by FORMIGACROBATA - UNIPESSOAL LDA; nothing is sold through this site.
Where a product page shows prices, they are the intended early-access prices, shown so you can judge whether the product would be worth it to you. They are not an offer you can accept today. Before anyone is asked to pay anything we will state the final price, the billing interval, that subscriptions renew automatically, how to cancel, and the refund terms — and these terms will be replaced by a full contract of sale that you accept at checkout.
When we do launch, our refund policy will be an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee — any reason, no questions asked. We are stating it here so we are held to it.
Our products are built for businesses and professionals acting in the course of their trade (business-to-business). We do not intend to sell to consumers, and our future contract of sale will say so and ask you to confirm it at checkout.
Each product page carries its own statement of what that product is and is not, and of what is planned versus available. Those statements are part of these terms for that product. Nothing on this company page should be read as a claim that any product is available, certified, accredited or approved by any authority.
If you join an early-access list we use your email only as described in our Privacy Notice. You can unsubscribe or have it deleted at any time.
Please do not attempt to break, overload, or scrape this site. We may take it down, change it, or change what it says at any time while our products are in development — including deciding not to build a product at all, in which case we will tell that product’s list and delete it.
The information on this site is provided for evaluation while our products are in development, without warranty. Nothing here excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These terms are governed by the law of Portugal. If, despite section 3, you are a consumer, you keep every mandatory protection and every court available to you under the law of the country you live in.
We update these terms as our products develop and change the date at the top. Before anything is offered for sale, these terms are replaced by full terms of service covering price, renewal, cancellation, refunds and liability, which you will be asked to accept at checkout.
