France e-invoicing goes live 1 September 2026

Ship valid EN 16931 e-invoices — without becoming a format expert.

France starts receiving structured e-invoices on 1 September 2026 — Belgium and Poland are already live. Validate, generate and convert Factur-X / XRechnung / CII / UBL: an API for your product, batch tools for client folders. Catch the small format mistakes before your customers do.

Validate with exact errors

Upload or POST a file, get a pass/fail EN 16931 report naming the exact fields that fail — not a cryptic schema dump. Single-file checks stay free.

Generate Factur-X & UBL

Send JSON, get an EN 16931-conformant e-invoice back — Factur-X embedded in PDF/A-3, or XRechnung / CII / UBL XML.

Convert, render, batch

Turn unreadable XML into a clean human-readable invoice, or convert between profiles — one file or a whole client folder at once.

FAQ

Do I still need a certified platform (plateforme agréée / Peppol Access Point)?

Yes — where your country requires certified transmission, that happens on an accredited platform (in France a plateforme agréée, PA, the term that replaced PDP in the July 2026 reform texts). NormInvoice is the format layer: validate, generate, convert and read the files themselves. See "What this tool is — and isn't" below the pricing.

Which formats do you support?

EN 16931 profiles: Factur-X (incl. ZUGFeRD), XRechnung, CII and UBL. We do not support Peppol BIS 3.0 — it adds its own rule layer on top of EN 16931, and we do not validate against it.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes — an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee, company-wide.

Data & privacy — what happens to my email?

This page is an early-access sign-up, not a product account. The only personal data collected is the email address you submit; it is stored in the EU (AWS eu-west-1, Ireland) and used for one purpose — telling you when NormInvoice is available — on the basis of your consent. No cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party analytics, no profiling, no sale or sharing of your address. Page-view and pricing-click counts are recorded without any personal identifier. You can withdraw consent and have your address erased at any time by replying to any email we send you. The full privacy policy and terms are published with the product before anything is sold; the operating entity is named there.
