Privacy Notice

NormInvoice · Last updated 14 August 2026

This notice explains what happens to your email address when you join the NormInvoice early-access list. NormInvoice is not yet launched: right now the only personal data we handle is the email address you choose to give us, plus ordinary server logs.

1. Who is responsible (controller)

This site is operated by a sole trader established in Portugal, who is the data controller for the early-access list. Our full legal name and registered address are available on request by email and will be published here before any paid service is offered.

For any privacy question, or to exercise any right described in section 6, email privacy@app.formigacrobata.com. A plain message is enough — no form to fill in.

2. What we collect, why, and on what legal basis

DataWhyLegal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
Your email address, plus the date you signed up and which page you signed up from To email you when NormInvoice launches, and to ask a small number of questions about what you need from it Consent — Art. 6(1)(a). You give it by submitting the form; you can withdraw it at any time (section 6)
Ordinary web server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp), generated automatically by our hosting provider Keeping the site available and defending it against abuse Legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f): running a secure website. These logs are not linked to your waitlist entry

That is the complete list. We do not ask for your name, company, phone number, or address. We do not collect special-category data (health, biometric, political, religious, or similar), and this service is not directed at children.

3. Cookies and analytics

NormInvoice sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. We run no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking scripts, which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first.

4. Who else sees your data

ProviderRoleWhere / safeguard
Amazon Web Services (AWS Europe) Website hosting and the database that stores the waitlist Stored in the AWS Europe (Ireland) region — inside the EU. AWS acts as our processor under its standard data processing addendum; where any support access occurs from outside the EU it is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses

Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data, we use no data-broker sources, and we do not add you to any other product's list. If we later add an email-sending provider to actually send the launch email, this table is updated before the first email goes out.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your email on the early-access list until the earlier of: (a) you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it — in which case we delete it promptly and in any case within 30 days; (b) 12 months from the day you signed up; or (c) 30 days after we decide not to build NormInvoice. We would rather delete a stale list than sit on one. Server logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to receive a copy of it in a portable form, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to restrict processing. Because our legal basis for the waitlist is consent, you can also withdraw that consent at any time; withdrawing does not affect anything we did before you withdrew.

To do any of these, email privacy@app.formigacrobata.com. Every launch email we send also carries a one-click unsubscribe link, which removes you from the list. We answer within one month, as the GDPR requires, and we do not charge for it.

7. Complaints

If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first — we would like the chance to fix it. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, either in the EU country where you live or work, or to our lead authority, the Portuguese Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt.

8. Automated decisions

We make no automated decisions about you and do no profiling.

9. Changes

If we change this notice we update the date at the top. If NormInvoice launches and starts taking payments, this notice is replaced by a fuller policy covering accounts, billing, and the data you put into the product — and we will email everyone on the list before that happens.
