This page is about the Formiga guides section of this site — the articles you are reading. There is nothing to sign up for here. These pages carry no form, no sign-up box and no list: we do not ask you for your e-mail, your name, or anything else, and reading a guide does not put you on anything.
Reading these pages produces one kind of personal data: the ordinary web server log described in section 2. Nothing on these pages asks you for anything or stores anything on your device. FORMIGACROBATA - UNIPESSOAL LDA does handle personal data elsewhere — if you send us a consultation request or write to us, for example. This page does not describe all of that. The complete account, covering everything the company processes and on what legal basis, is our full privacy notice, and it governs wherever the two differ.
This site is operated by FORMIGACROBATA - UNIPESSOAL LDA (NIPC 518517020), a Portuguese sociedade unipessoal por quotas at Rua José Florindo 509, 3.º Esq., 2750-401 Cascais, Portugal, which is the data controller. Full company identification is published at https://app.formigacrobata.com/legal/imprint.html.

We do not ask for your name, company, phone number, or address on these pages, we do not collect special-category data (health, biometric, political, religious, or similar), and this service is not directed at children. These pages set no cookies and store nothing on your device. We run no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking scripts, which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner. The visit counting described in section 2 is done from the server log alone — nothing is placed on your device to do it. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first.

Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data, we use no data-broker sources, and we do not add you to any list. Server logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to receive a copy of it in a portable form, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to restrict processing.
To do any of these, email privacy@app.formigacrobata.com. We answer within one month, as the GDPR requires, and we do not charge for it.
If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first — we would like the chance to fix it. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, either in the EU country where you live or work, or to our lead authority, the Portuguese Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt.
